物流冷库

功能由传统冷库的“低温仓储”型向“流通型”、“冷链物流配送”型转变，其设施按照低温配送区域的使用要求进行建造。体现在：

（1）、建有低温穿堂、封闭式站台并设置电动滑升式冷藏门、防撞柔性密封口、站台高度调节装置（升降平台）， 实现“门对门”式装卸作业已成为现代化物流冷库的标志。

（2）、货物进出频繁、吞吐量大，根据生产经营的需要设置专门的理货间（区），理货区的温度一般控制在0～+7℃。

（3）、物流冷库的制冷系统设计更加注重环保和节能要求。库房温度控制范围宽，冷却设备的选型、布置和风速场设计考虑适用多种货物的冷藏要求。配有完善的库温自动检测、记录和自动控制装置。

（4）、建立完善的计算机网络系统，使冷藏供应链配送管理科学化，做到食品的可追溯性。在欧盟、美国和日本，食品供应链中的所有企业都有实施追溯系统的法定义务。

（5）、冷冻冷藏仓储方式开始向货架式、托盘化转变，以实现货物按“先进先出”的原则进行管理，有利于提高商品贮藏质量和减少损耗。

（6）、立体自动化冷库采用计算机管理，可以实现库内装卸和堆垛及库温控制、制冷设备运行全自动化，库内不需任何操作人员。采用计算机管理，能随时提供库存货物的品名、数量、货位和库温履历、自动结算保管费用和开票等，提高了管理效率，并大大减少了管理人员。 我公司按照整体性、综合性构成原则，综合考虑客户服务目标、物流网络、节点布局、仓储系统、运输管理、运营模式、管理组织等因素，结合冷藏技术对物流冷库作出总体规划。
